Interactive Literacy, Storytelling & Publishing Experiences for Schools and Classrooms
Helping students discover the power of storytelling, writing, and publishing. Research shows that when students meet authors, they become more motivated to read and write. These interactive programs help students develop creativity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of storytelling.

A Hands-On Storytelling & Publishing Experience
Duration: 45–60 minutes per classroom session
This interactive school workshop gives students a hands-on introduction to creative writing, storytelling, visual storytelling, and the publishing process.
Rather than simply hearing about writing, students begin developing their own story ideas during the workshop while learning how writers move from an idea to a finished manuscript.

Developing characters and settings
Creating a beginning, middle, and ending

Revising and strengthening writing

What's the Difference?
In-School Young Authors Writing Workshop
Designed for schools and classrooms. This is a 45–60 minute group writing and storytelling experience. Students begin developing story ideas, but individual published books are not included.
Virtual Young Authors Writing & Publishing Workshop
Designed for individual students and families. This is a four-week live Zoom program where each student develops their own book project and receives a professionally printed copy of their completed book.

A high-energy classroom experience where students meet a published author, hear an engaging book reading, and receive a behind-the-scenes look at how books and stories are created.

Students write the beginning, middle, and ending using a guided framework.
