Keynote (30–60 mins): $250–$600
Workshop (60–90 mins): $400–$900
Panel or Q&A Appearance: $150–$300
IN-PERSON
Keynote or Presentation (30–60 mins): $500–$1,200
Half-Day Workshop or Retreat Facilitation: $1,000–$1,800
Full-Day Speaking & Coaching: $1,800–$3,500+
OUT-OF-STATE EVENTS
Base Speaking Fee: $1,200–$2,500+ (based on length and customization)

Round trip airfare or mileage reimbursement
Hotel accommodations (1–3 nights if needed)
Daily per diem (suggested $75/day for meals and incidentals)
